Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

Desired Experience:

• Designing, creating, testing, and maintaining websites and content to enhance information exchange
• Gathering and writing requirements
• Analyzing requirements to select effective web technologies
• Coordinating the creation and integration of technology components into cohesive site designs
• Following formal design processes in compliance with laws, standards, and guidelines
• Designing visually appealing, content-rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation
• Delivering comprehensive website solutions to meet customer needs
• Maintaining configuration management
• Executing UX/UI workflows from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
• Incorporating human factors into design to optimize user experience
• Possessing creative skills with visual design tools and a solid understanding of Javascript for modern web frameworks
• Driving web development through prototyping and incremental improvements, following software development best practices
• Writing technical documentation
• Diagnosing issues and reducing technical debt in application usability
• Working independently on complex projects

Minimum Requirements:

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• 8+ years of experience as a web developer in similar scope projects
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (4 additional years of experience may substitute for a degree)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary from $144,000 to $201,000, depending on experience and qualifications
