Event Planner at UBS Are you an Event Management professional passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for employees, clients, and prospects? UBS is seeking an Event Planner to join our team. Plan and be accountable for 12-20 signature events annually, including in-person and supporting larger projects, with post-event business results reporting. Collaborate with internal and external partners to translate strategy into execution. Negotiate contracts with hotels, venues, vendors, and speakers. Coordinate with venues on menu selection, rooming, setup, A/V, and décor. Manage web-based event nominations, registration, and attendee management. Create staffing plans and oversee on-site staff. Your Team You will be part of the Field Engagement Team, working across the firm to create impactful internal and client-facing events. Your role will support the training and retention of Financial Advisors and help strengthen their client relationships. Your Expertise 2-4 years of experience in Event Management, preferably in the financial industry, with skills in live and virtual program planning. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Ability to travel up to 30%, including occasional nights and weekends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based registration software.
