Fast Water Heater is a top-tier provider of home installation and repair services, and we’re on the hunt for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Director to take our brand to the next level. In this high-impact role, you'll lead marketing efforts across key trades—water heaters, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical—developing and executing initiatives that directly support our sales and service teams. We’re looking for someone who thrives on problem-solving, understands the ins and outs of business operations, and knows how to turn insights into action. Salary: $110,000.00 + performance bonus Work Place : Onsite at our Woodinville Washington Support Center Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales across all service lines. Ownership of results from all marketing channels including digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and direct mail campaigns. Ability to articulate what marketing efforts are producing revenue attainment. Ability to make recommendations based on data points the materially affect Revenue outcomes. Creation and ownership of our Marketing Plan and Marketing Calendar for all trades. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and Field Management to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Quickly grasp the complexities of our business model and translate them into effective marketing campaigns. Hands-On Execution: Take a proactive role in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives independently, then articulate the results in the form of revenue generation. Minimize reliance on external agencies by leveraging in-house capabilities; oversee external vendors when necessary. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI. Continuously optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights. Strong understanding of our current operating systems, how they process our data and ability to derive clear reporting results that are accurate from lead to revenue. Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of two marketing professionals (SEM Mgr. / Social-email-design Mgr.), providing guidance and mentorship. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the marketing team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5+years) as a Marketing Director or similar role in the home services industry or a related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices. Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems and drive initiatives forward. Individual Project ownership will be a requirement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all relevant departments. Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach to marketing. This is not a strategic thought role, it requires an understanding of the revenue attainment goals and clear communication on how we can achieve them through our individual marketing channels.
