The ideal candidate is a digital native who can generate compelling content, manage multiple platforms, and coordinate effective marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms Create engaging and visually appealing content including graphics, photos, short videos, and captions Manage and grow social media audiences while ensuring brand consistency and voice Monitor social media trends, analytics, and insights to optimize content performance Coordinate on-site content creation, resident engagement campaigns, and community events Collaborate with leasing teams and property managers to support occupancy goals through creative marketing Design and distribute email campaigns, print flyers, and digital advertisements Maintain marketing calendars and assist in executing seasonal or promotional campaigns Track and report on marketing performance metrics and assist in strategy adjustments Qualifications: ~ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred ~1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing ~ Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies ~ Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills ~ Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools ~ Basic video editing skills a plus (Reels/TikTok creation preferred) ~ Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities ~ Comfortable interacting with college students and creating campus-relevant content
