Responsibilities
- Sustainment Division Support: Provides GCC mission services to improve operational support services for both the GCC and the Warfighter. This includes process improvement, cost control, mission planning, and developing tools for asset management (HW/SW) for LCM and property accountability, as well as security control to protect GCC CONUS managed DODIN-A services (NIPRNet and SIPRNet).
- Web Hosting Service: Supports custom web-based, data-driven applications in SharePoint and Java, following the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) standards. Responsibilities include documentation, user guides, training, bug tracking and resolution, maintaining servers, and facilitating new functionality requests.
- Web Site Support and Maintenance: Maintains internal and enterprise web portals and collaborative platforms supporting internal operations, mission overviews, and collaboration. Manages hosting services, access, security, auditing, and backups.
- Web Site Development and Maintenance: Develops, monitors, secures, and operates NIPRNet and SIPRNet web portals and applications. Provides 24/7 on-call support, resolves service requests, configures and upgrades web servers, supports content and application management on SharePoint, and moves capabilities to SIPRNet as needed.
- Technical Responsibilities: Operates and maintains web servers, designs web graphics and applications, implements security best practices, maintains logs, ensures CAC-enabled web services, and controls web site access.
Qualifications
- 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree.
- Certifications: DCWF Code 621 Advanced (TBD).
- Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Extensive knowledge of SharePoint architecture, customization, configuration, and experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, and SharePoint Server.
- Strong skills in SharePoint 2010-2016, IIS, SQL Server, Office Web Applications, SharePoint Search, Workflow Manager, Server Manager, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, Load Balancing, Event Viewer, and Performance Monitor.
- Intermediate to advanced SharePoint development skills for in-house solutions.
