NowThatsTV is looking for a talented and experienced Full-Time, In-House Video Editor to join our growing post-production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment creating both long-form reality TV episodes and high-impact short-form content for digital and social platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form reality TV episodes for broadcast and streaming
- Cut short-form content (trailers, teasers, promos, social clips)
- Perform color correction and grading to network standards
- Add graphics, lower thirds, and motion elements
- Collaborate with producers and directors on final cuts
- Organize and manage media assets efficiently
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
Requirements:
- Proven experience editing with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong background in editing long-form and short-form content
- Proficiency in color grading and basic audio mixing
- Experience with motion graphics, lower thirds, and branding elements
- Ability to work full-time, in-house, in Atlanta, GA
- Strong attention to detail and storytelling skills
- Ability to take feedback and revise quickly
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with After Effects or DaVinci Resolve
- Familiarity with reality TV or fast-paced unscripted formats
- Knowledge of YouTube/IG/TikTok content formats
