Overview
We are looking for a qualified Senior Graphic Designer with FEDSIM experience to help Leidos through the next phase of our growth as we expand our FEDSIM Practice.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Graphic Designer will conceive, design, layout, and coordinate conceptual illustrations and creative artwork. They will develop interpretive themes that convey ideas and information, create graphic presentations that communicate mood, emphasis, insight, viewpoint, and similar visual impressions, and provide guidance on graphic technology. The role requires close collaboration with internal contacts to understand requirements and create efficient graphic designs across various mediums.
Must be local to the National Capitol Region; some domestic travel may be requested. The principal work location is Reston, VA, but work may also be in Columbia, MD, Rockville, MD, or Chantilly, VA.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, conceive, design, layout, and coordinate conceptual illustrations and creative artwork in accordance with RFP requirements, Proposal Operations SOPs, and Leidos branding guidelines.
- Create proposal graphics and presentations for proposal inclusion and customer presentations.
- Read and interpret RFP requirements to ensure compliance with all submission guidelines.
- Create visually aesthetic and compliant proposal cover art.
- Develop and maintain an Art Log to document proposal graphic control numbers and iterations, and post completed work to a collaborative environment.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure graphics are developed within the Proposal Schedule.
- Participate in daily team meetings as appropriate.
- Provide visual Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) for all proposal graphics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in FEDSIM proposal graphics and slides.
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Pay Range:
$101,400.00 - $183,300.00
