We are looking for a senior Software Engineer with machine learning expertise to join our Sponsored Products Ad Response Prediction team. Your goal will be to deliver real-time ML services that match shoppers with relevant ads across all platforms worldwide. You will work on designing, coding, troubleshooting, and supporting scalable machine learning pipelines and online serving systems, as well as optimizing their performance. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and guide them to reach their potential. Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the technical direction of our solutions. Work across various technologies within the sponsored products organization. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design and launch innovative products. Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for predictions. Create storage, indexing, and query systems that are cost-effective and easy to manage. Develop and support machine learning pipelines and online serving systems. Work closely with scientists to optimize ML models and infrastructure. Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Experience in system design, reliability, and scaling. Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications
