Unified Communications – Solution Architect (DHS Clearance - US Citizens)
Drive process improvement, deliver efficiency, and provide specifications of existing UC architecture to which solutions are defined, managed, and delivered. Hands-on experience with Unified Communication Audio, Video technologies, and Cisco Networking technologies. Lead the planning, securing, and forecasting of Enterprise UC initiatives globally. Architect, implement, and operate new UC solutions and technologies into the enterprise, ensuring a highly available, mission-critical environment. Define and develop well-organized, reliable UC system architectures that are easy to maintain. Lead the integration and interoperability of UC with multiple applications and platforms. Support UC fault isolation and performance management processes as needed. Design and implement monitoring and reporting to measure UC service performance and support continuous improvement decisions. Provide real-time assistance and troubleshooting for UC Multimedia Operations staff. Collaborate with internal and external technical resources to optimize solutions for quality challenges. Maintain and update skills related to emerging UC trends and future-focused collaboration methods. Develop and maintain technical artifacts related to UC design, standards, implementation, and assessment. Provide training, webinars, and whitepapers to customers as needed. Communicate proactively and effectively with customers. Senior Level
