Job Description Summary: Overall management of construction projects to ensure successful completion. Job Responsibilities: Perform all Project Manager responsibilities (see detailed position description) Manage multiple or large, complex projects Estimate and establish budgets and contract prices (GMP/Lump Sum) Negotiate cost-effective subcontractor and material purchases Implement job procedures for timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery Ensure projects stay on schedule Develop and maintain relationships with Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors Collaborate with Superintendent on safety plans and procedures Maintain accurate reporting to management Manage, train, and supervise project teams according to company policies Organize meetings with management and subcontractors Review contract conditions for compliance Supervise documentation of significant project events Oversee preconstruction services and activities Negotiate and prepare subcontract bid packages Assist with business development and participate in interviews Maintain quality control standards Support estimating staff Mitigate claims and conflicts Complete project close-out procedures Conduct warranty follow-up (1-year) Ensure project completion with full or enhanced fee Perform additional assigned responsibilities Minimum Skills and Experience: Design Build experience is essential Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience 8-10 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory roles Leadership and problem-solving skills Organizational and communication skills Drafting and computer proficiency Basic knowledge of contract law and project accounting Understanding of project management systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating) Benefits: This role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), paid leave, insurance options, wellness programs, educational assistance, and voluntary benefits such as additional insurance options, legal plans, and more.
