Job Title: Visual Designer
Location: Remote, United States
Duration: 3 month contract starting ASAP
Pay Rate: $80.00-$90.00/hr
Our client is looking for a Principal Visual UI Designer to join their team. This role is ideal for a high-level designer who can bring strong visual clarity and impact to a product ecosystem that currently leans overly minimalist.
Key Responsibilities
Elevate and evolve the visual UI for web and mobile apps, especially within the onboarding and scam protection experiences. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine in-flight features and improve how customers understand the value being delivered. Drive clear, engaging data visualizations that resonate with everyday users in a consumer app context. Work independently without the need for micromanagement, delivering quick and meaningful design contributions.
Ideal Candidate
Senior-level visual designer with a strong portfolio in UI design for mobile/web consumer products. Experience with data visualization in product UI. Able to balance elevated visual design with functional clarity (not hyper-minimalist). Comfortable jumping into projects midstream and making immediate impact.
