Staff UX Designer
to lead design initiatives for our innovative data products that serve millions of customers, suppliers, and associates. This role involves defining design strategies, creating prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring within the design organization. Responsibilities
Define and drive the design vision and strategy, influencing business outcomes Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and information architectures to communicate ideas Facilitate cross-functional workshops and rapid prototyping for testing and iteration Collaborate with teams across Business Strategy, Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science Mentor and share knowledge within the Product Design team Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field, with 5-9 years of experience or 10+ years of professional experience Strong portfolio demonstrating work in complex, enterprise environments Deep understanding of human-centered design and design thinking methodologies Proficiency in creating prototypes, wireframes, and user flows Experience leading design projects and influencing product strategy Additional Information
This role is based in Hoboken, NJ, with a salary range of $132,000 - $264,000 annually, plus performance bonuses, stock options, and comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), PTO, and educational programs.
