Our UX team comprises over 100 professionals skilled in research, usability testing, and design. We collaborate closely with product teams throughout the development cycle to create new features and improve existing products.

As a UX Researcher, you will work with a cross-functional team to enhance product experiences, employing user-centered design and research methods to develop innovative solutions.
- Select appropriate research methods to address project goals
- Conduct user research, identify pain points, and analyze workflows to influence strategy
- Advocate for technical users
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and card sorting
- Interpret user feedback and provide design recommendations
- Contribute to requirements and design documentation
Minimum qualifications include:
- A STEM degree (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, HCI) and relevant experience
- Experience with research tools like UserZoom, Morae, Miro, etc.
- Knowledge of research methodologies
- Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, programming languages (Python, C++, R, JS), or GitHub is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years, Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD or equivalent experience
