Graphic Design / Web Development Assistant

Are you a visual thinker who enjoys bringing ideas to life through design and web development? We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a solid understanding of WordPress and an eye for detail.

Graphic Design / Website Development And Maintenance:

• Design high-quality visuals for print, digital, and brand campaigns
• Create marketing materials including logos, flyers, brochures, and social media content
• Keep brand visuals consistent while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table
• Build and update WordPress websites for our portfolio of brands
• Optimize site layout and performance across devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to keep our sites secure and up-to-date

Collaboration And Project Flow:

• Work closely with the Creative Director and marketing team
• Manage multiple design/web projects while meeting deadlines
• Contribute ideas and take initiative to improve both function and aesthetics

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with WordPress, web design, and basic HTML/CSS
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills

Marketing and Social Media Assistant

Are you the friend who always knows the latest trends and can write a caption that gets clicks? Join us as a Marketing and Social Media Assistant and help shape digital campaigns for a variety of brands and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Capture and create engaging content including photos, videos, and reels
• Support marketing campaigns with creative input and project execution
• Help brainstorm and plan strategies with the Creative Director
• Juggle multiple projects and timelines while staying organized and on-brand

Preferred Skills:

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of social media best practices and trends
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and full of creative ideas
