Looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is energetic, friendly, and career-minded for our busy automotive repair shop. Purpose & Objective :
The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in our business's success. The primary responsibility is selling customers the recommended services and repairs based on their needs, goals, and desires.
This role also supports the administrative and customer service aspects of the business.
Primary Job Responsibilities and Duties :
- Sales : Advising customers on needed repairs and services, using company guidelines and best practices.
- Understanding and communicating customer concerns to technicians.
- Answering customer questions and keeping them informed about their vehicle's status.
- Dispatching repairs and parts to technicians and assisting with workflow.
- Customer Service : Assisting customers via phone, email, text, and in person.
Administrative :
Creating invoices, processing part orders/returns, and dispatching repairs/parts as needed.
Other tasks may include running a shuttle, checking out customers, cleaning, or other duties necessary to maintain shop flow.
Minimum Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of automotive repair sales experience.
- Experience in direct customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently amidst distractions.
- Proficiency with Windows computers, typing/dictation, email, and office software.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations.
- Physical ability to get in/out of vehicles and hold a valid driver’s license.

Job : Full-time, Monday-Friday
Salary : Starting at $70,000 commission with no ceiling
