$72,200.00 - $108,300.00 Job Purpose EX2 Sales and Marketing Pricing Analyst – (Decision Engine) The Pricing Analyst of Sales and Marketing supports the administration of the Consumer Financial Services (CFS) rate setting process. This involves maintaining CFS product parameters, assisting in the analysis and development of pricing strategies, testing and deployment. This contributes to AHFC’s goals of maintaining a healthy financial position while supporting sales growth through competitive financial products, which in turn supports our parent company AHM with sales and profitability Key Accountabilities Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to: Decision Engine: Assist managing pricing strategies to optimize penetration and profitability targets. Test, validate and deploy regional/national pricing strategies on New, Certified, and Used business into the pricing interface. Monitor the performance and effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommendations Support monthly standard program rate setting by preparing meeting materials, maintaining sales programs to implement rates, and communicating rate changes through program bulletins Support ad hoc requests from both internal and external customers that will help sales strategies. Assist in the creation of Sales and Marketing reports Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Qualifications: • BA/BS degree required in mathematics/statistics, finance, economics, business, business administration or related field • 3+ Experience in lending, or financial field a plus, or an outstanding academic record • Knowledge of indirect loan/lease consumer lending • Understanding of the automotive industry / automotive finance business Other Job Specific Skills: • Good quantitative/mathematical skills and business acumen • Excellent time management and organizational ability • Rigorous attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Problem solving skills with the ability to resolve business issues • Self-motivated • Ability to interface with all levels of management • Proficient in MS Windows applications, with a strong emphasis in Excel • Proficient in Tableau Workstyle: Onsite Travel: 5% EX2 Salary Grade Range: $72,200-$108,300 - Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited work experience, education, etc. Working Conditions Workstyle: Onsite Travel: 5% • Lease Car Program • Industry leading Benefit Plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx) • Paid time off, including vacation, paid holidays, sick time, personal days • 401K Plan with company match + additional contribution • Advancement opportunities • Education reimbursement for continued learning • Training and Development programs Honda is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected factor.
