Atlas Toyota Material Handling, part of the Atlas Companies, is currently hiring a full-time Service Writer to join our Service Team. We seek a highly organized and motivated individual to support the team by providing timely and accurate estimates for field and shop service repairs.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Providing estimates to the Service team and maintaining them in the quotes system.
- Providing formal written estimates.
- Delivering accurate quotes within 3 days of request and maintaining communication with sales, service managers, and customers.
- Reviewing preventive maintenance work-orders and providing estimates for necessary repairs.
- Verifying repair information with technicians to ensure accuracy.
- Maintaining communication with customers regarding estimates and orders.
- Preparing monthly reports and performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Company Portal.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Professional and courteous communication skills.
