Job Title : ServiceNow Process Consultant
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Process Consultant with expertise in ITSM, Process Mining, Now Assist, and Request Management . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) process optimization, re-engineering, and tool implementation .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support ITSM process definition, improvement, and re-engineering initiatives.
- Develop and document business requirements, process workflows, and project artifacts .
- Implement and optimize ServiceNow ITSM processes , including Service Catalog and third-party integrations .
- Leverage ServiceNow Now Assist, Process Mining, and Predictive Intelligence for process automation and enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between ITSM best practices and business objectives .
Qualifications & Certifications :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ITSM process consulting and tool implementation .
- Proven expertise in business process definition, improvement, and re-engineering .
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process development .
- Business Process Management (BPC) training / certification is preferred.
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and ITSM Fundamentals Certifications required.
- ServiceNow Certified Developer Certification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Service Catalog development and ServiceNow integrations .
- Knowledge of Now Assist, Process Mining, and Predictive Intelligence .
