Audio Equipment Logistics Coordinator
to optimize the movement of audiovisual gear for world-class events-from corporate productions and global concert tours to nationally televised broadcasts. In this role, you'll ensure the right equipment gets to the right place, at the right time-every time.

As an Equipment Logistics Coordinator, you'll ensure LMG's AV inventory is planned, positioned, and ready to exceed expectations for every production.
Show Planning & Forecasting
- Evaluate equipment needs and generate cost-effective plans using internal inventory systems Inventory Optimization
- Monitor high-demand gear, identify shortages, and propose actionable solutions in partnership with Technical Services and Sales teams Vendor Coordination
- Source and negotiate cross-rentals with third-party vendors, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery Order Management
- Create equipment transfers, purchase orders, and support documentation that drive warehouse tasks and logistics Emergency Support
- Provide real-time solutions to internal teams facing gear shortages or last-minute changes Discrepancy Resolution
- Investigate and resolve PO and invoice issues related to cross-rentals Data Integrity
- Identify and update outdated items or packages in the inventory system to maintain clean, actionable data Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure equipment moves smoothly from prep to performance What We're Looking For
Experience in equipment logistics, inventory coordination, or AV production Familiarity with inventory management systems and purchase order workflows Strong organizational and problem-solving skills under pressure Excellent communication and negotiation abilities A passion for teamwork, service, and delivering results in a high-energy environment Why Join LMG?
