Hands‑on expertise in visual design, information architecture, prototyping, conversational design, strategic design frameworks, content design, or user research. Experience working in Agile teams — shipping increments of value through iterative discovery and delivery. Comfort partnering with researchers to plan studies, synthesize data, and make evidence‑based decisions. Solid grasp of design systems — knowing when to extend, when to reuse, and how to contribute components at scale. Working knowledge of front‑end and native development constraints and possibilities. Exceptional communication skills — able to present work, facilitate workshops, and engage stakeholders from engineers to executives.
