DIVE INTO THIS ROLE

This year-round, part-time role requires a minimum of 10 hours/week and a maximum of 20 hours/week, with a flexible schedule that includes rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).

As our part-time Sales Rep - Studio Team Member, you'll be the first friendly face our clients see when they walk in, ready to educate them on the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and help them find the perfect membership plan. You'll provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and ensure every client feels welcome and supported. In addition to sales, you'll help keep the studio pristine, manage appointments and scheduling, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether you're giving a studio tour, following up with a potential member, sharing an exciting promotion, or prepping our saunas for another rejuvenating experience, you'll play a vital role in growing our wellness community-all while enjoying the benefits of working in a positive, health-focused environment!

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

We're looking for someone who loves being on the move and can clean saunas between clients, greet guests, and upsell memberships. Think of it like waitressing-but instead of serving food, you're helping people relax, recharge, and invest in their health! Check out our requirements below:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Understanding of confidentiality importance
• Ability to move fast with efficiency and work under pressure
• Ability to work well with others and independently
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in an organized manner
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person
• Self-motivated
• Passionate about health and wellness
• Outgoing, goal-oriented, and driven

Having customer service experience and proficiency with Mindbody software would be a huge plus!
