Job Description Studio Sales and Operations Manager
JOB OVERVIEW
The Studio Sales and Operations Manager leads the studio in all aspects of membership acquisition, retention, employee development, and achieving sales quotas. They are responsible for hiring, onboarding, supervising team members, planning and assigning goals, providing excellent customer service, and directing work tasks. The manager manages the employee life cycle with coaching, performance reviews, and recognition of high performers. Reports to the Regional Sales and Operations Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales and Operations Management: Manage and exceed sales and operational budgets, ensuring policy adherence and revenue growth.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and evaluate staff, fostering high performance.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Drive sales initiatives, oversee processes, and maintain class sizes through promotions.
- Customer Service and Community Engagement: Provide excellent service, resolve issues, and organize community events.
- Operational Excellence: Enforce policies, maintain systems, and ensure facility upkeep.
- Performance Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct reviews, monitor KPIs, and implement improvement strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High Performance: Demonstrate drive and results orientation.
- Management Skills: Prioritize and manage tasks, handle difficult situations.
- Communication Skills: Connect effectively with members and the community; excellent verbal and written skills.
- Business Acumen: Make strong decisions, proficient in Microsoft Office, mobile apps, and CRMs.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred; 1+ years in retail or sales management.
