We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to lead and grow the digital presence of three dynamic outdoor brands, Los Cazadores, Iron Game Ranch, and Trophy Scan. This is a unique opportunity to live and breathe the outdoor lifestyle while building powerful brand engagement through compelling content, storytelling, and community management.

You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content strategies across multiple social platforms to engage our hunting, ranching, and tech-savvy outdoor audiences. This role is hands-on and based on-site in Buchanan Dam, Texas, where you'll have direct access to the ranch, wildlife, and content opportunities daily.

• Develop and implement unique, voice-aligned social media strategies for each brand
• Create and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Capture on-site photo and video content (ranch life, hunts, gear, lifestyle, tech features)
• Write engaging captions and short-form stories that connect with each brand’s audience
• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster strong community relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, giveaways, product launches, and seasonal pushes
• Track and report on analytics, using insights to improve engagement and reach
• Stay ahead of platform trends and outdoor industry content styles
• Basic graphic design skills for creating branded visuals, stories and social ads

• A passion for the hunting, outdoor, and ranch lifestyle
• Proven experience managing brand social media accounts and creating original content
• Strong photography, videography, and mobile editing skills
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, Canva, and scheduling platforms
• An understanding of what engages hunters, outdoor enthusiasts, and tech-forward audiences
• Self-motivation, time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment

• Photography/videography editing capabilities
• Experience with influencer outreach or ambassador programs

• Work on a scenic, active ranch immersed in outdoor lifestyle content
• Be part of a tight-knit, creative, and purpose-driven team

• Occasional travel to trade shows, hunting events, or field shoots
