You'll play a key role in developing and executing marketing programs that drive product awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance through indirect sales partners.
This role is ideal for a collaborative marketer with a passion for the building products or plumbing industry, and a strong understanding of how to activate across traditional and digital B2B channels!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel marketing programs that support distributor, wholesaler, and contractor engagement
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to develop co-branded assets, product collateral, displays, and promotional kits
- Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) allocation and track ROI on co-marketing activities
- Support the rollout of new product launches with channel-specific messaging and toolkits
- Create sales enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, training presentations, sell sheets) tailored to each partner tier
- Maintain channel marketing calendars and coordinate regional/trade events or customer trainings
- Analyze marketing performance across partners and provide insights to improve program effectiveness
- Ensure brand consistency across all partner-facing materials and campaigns
- Assist with CRM/email marketing programs targeting channel partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial, plumbing, or building products
- Strong understanding of distributor/dealer/channel partner ecosystems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or construction-related products is a HUGE plus
- Understanding of how channel partners go to market (e.g., showroom, contractor, distributor model) is also a HUGE plus
