Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Synergy Interactive • Own the end-to-end execution of social content, ensuring every detail, from captions and headlines to bios, hashtags, and profile visuals, are aligned with the brand. • Develop and manage the social media content calendar across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc. • Partner with brand, creative, and agency teams to create compelling digital content that captures and elevates the brand in every post. • Plan, publish, and monitor daily posts across platforms, maintaining consistency, accuracy, and creative polish. • Lead content creation efforts including creative development, asset coordination, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration. • Support the launch of product updates, campaigns, executive visibility, and event coverage with timely and strategic content. • Work ahead of key dates and launches to ensure social content is thoughtfully planned and never reactive. • Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and make data-informed recommendations to drive growth and engagement. • Monitor social conversations and brand mentions, surfacing relevant engagement opportunities or risks to internal teams. • Stay current on platform best practices, trends, and competitor activity to keep content sharp and forward-thinking. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or within a creative agency environment. • Proven ability to manage and grow brand-aligned social media channels, ideally in tech, B2B, or emerging category spaces. • Strong understanding of platform nuances across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other social platforms, including content best practices, trends, and tone. • Experience working closely with brand and creative teams to translate strategic direction into content that performs. • Collaborative and proactive, with strong communication and organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail in copy, tone, formatting, and visual consistency. • Highly skilled at managing content calendars and coordinating across teams while confidently balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Proficient with creative tools including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Figma, with the ability to support content development across formats and teams. • Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) for light asset editing or content support.
