We’re seeking a bold, visionary Creative Director to lead the development and execution of high-impact brand campaigns and creative strategies. In this role, you’ll act as the driving force behind breakthrough ideas and compelling storytelling across digital, social, print, OTT, and beyond. You’ll balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution—guiding multidisciplinary teams while also building decks, pitches, and final deliverables yourself.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in pitching and securing client work, is confident presenting strategic and creative concepts to stakeholders, and thrives in a highly collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with account leads, strategists, designers, and client partners to craft campaigns that resonate, drive results, and elevate brand performance. Strong leadership, clear communication, and a passion for bold, strategic creativity are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead campaign development that aligns with client goals, brand strategy, and cross-platform execution.
- Concept, pitch, and deliver innovative work across social, digital, OTT, print, and other media formats.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all creative touchpoints, maintaining quality and cohesion.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, account, design) and client stakeholders to shape campaign direction and execution.
- Present creative ideas and strategies with confidence and clarity to clients and senior leadership.
- Mentor and inspire creative team members, fostering growth, collaboration, and innovation.
- Manage timelines, priorities, and client feedback, adapting to evolving needs and goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and cultural movements, integrating relevant insights into your creative approach.
