Team Coordination

• Collaborate closely with graphic designers and creative team members
• Facilitate communication between creative teams and production vendors
• Ensure creative vision is maintained throughout the production process
• Manage relationships with printing vendors, installers, and production partners
• Negotiate timelines, pricing, and quality standards with external suppliers
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain preferred supplier database

Project Tracking & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain comprehensive graphic production schedules
• Track sample approvals and revisions throughout the production cycle
• Monitor project timelines and proactively address potential delays

Quality Assurance

• Review all copy for accuracy and brand alignment before production
• Conduct final quality checks on all printed materials
• Ensure brand guidelines and standards are consistently applied

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic production coordination or similar role
• Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and installation methods
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software
• Strong attention to detail and quality control capabilities
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills
• Experience working in advertising agency or creative environment preferred
• Duration: 1 month (with potential for extension)
• Start Date: Immediate
