Reporting Relationship:
Part of the Digital Marketing team at LHH, reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager.
Location:
Fully remote. Preference for candidates in US Eastern, GMT, or GMT +1 time zones, but other qualified candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Email and Campaign Execution:
Design, implement, and manage end-to-end digital campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Build and optimize email marketing campaigns, templates, and responsive designs.
Ensure emails are optimized for deliverability, engagement, and conversions.
Utilize A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Develop and manage lead nurture journeys.
Automation and Journey Building:
Set up, monitor, and refine automated workflows and marketing journeys.
Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights.
Develop reporting structures and communicate findings.
Data and Database Management:
Manage data extensions, segmentation, and list hygiene.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Collaboration and Support:
Work with global, regional, and cross-functional teams.
Support ad-hoc automation requests and troubleshoot SFMC issues.
Collaborate to optimize internal processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years in marketing automation, with preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
Proficiency in Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio.
Strong HTML, CSS, and Ampscript skills.
Experience with A/B testing, analytics, SQL, and data manipulation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
Other marketing platform certifications.
Knowledge of integrations with other platforms.

Compensation: $62,000 - $78,000 plus annual bonus, based on experience and location.
