Check out our website HERE We're looking for an eCommerce Executive to take full ownership of our digital growth engine. You’ll lead our eCommerce, marketing, and content teams to scale acquisition, boost retention, and drive performance across all digital channels. What You’ll Do: Own and execute the full eCommerce and marketing strategy including optimization of CAC, ROAS, and LTV across all channels Lead and grow high-performing teams across marketing, design, content, and ops Optimize conversion, reduce CAC, and drive customer LTV Leverage data and user insights to inform strategy and site performance Collaborate cross-functionally to align on growth initiatives Stay ahead of trends and bring innovation to the digital stack What You Bring: 3+ years of senior leadership at an 8 - 9 figure DTC eCommerce brand Proven track record of scaling digital revenue and performance Strong leadership across cross-functional and global teams Deep understanding of e-commerce tech stacks and data systems Sharp communicator and decision-maker who thrives in fast-paced environments Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for wellness WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? For this particular role, the base salary range is competitive and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role.
