The pay range per hour is $24.75 - $42.05.

ALL ABOUT VISUAL MERCHANDISING

The Visual Merchandiser supports a great guest experience by ensuring that visual moments are set and maintained according to company standards to drive sales and inspire guests. They are experts in visual presentation, including elevated merchandising techniques, mannequin styling, mapping, fixture blocking, and in-store marketing elements.

The role offers opportunities to develop skills in:

• Retail fundamentals including sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing, and promotions.
• Planning and communicating department workload to support sales goals.
• Training and developing team members in visual merchandising skills.
• Leading visual merchandising strategy and standards implementation.

A typical day involves tasks such as planning visual workload, executing assessments, supporting visual standards, and engaging with guests and team members to create an inspiring shopping environment.
