This is your opportunity to work with a team of dedicated, creative, and fun architects and designers on award winning projects in the healthcare, higher education, and science and technology markets.
Summary
Our new Communications and Brand Manager will help us share our story—both within the firm and beyond. In this role, you’ll collaborate across the company to craft thoughtful, engaging content that captures the essence of our work—who we are, what we do, and why it matters. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our voice is clear, consistent, and aligned with our human-centric values and design ethos. If youre passionate about design, energized by storytelling, and skilled at bringing clarity to complexity, we’d love to hear from you.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent education in a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in the AEC industry.
- Demonstrated history of success in working with a diverse team of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with managing a brand from both verbal and visual aspects.
- Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Strong and effective communication skills – written, oral, and presentation.
- Experience in the Healthcare market a a strong plus.
*Salary range is dependent on geographical location, years of experience in the industry and core markets, software skills, role responsibilities, and licensure and/or certifications.
