About the Role : We’re looking for an experienced UX / UI Designer with a passion for improving user education, creating cohesive product experiences, and driving conversions. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, development, and analytics teams to optimize user journeys across web, email, and interactive quizzes. What You’ll Do : Audit and refine digital experiences to improve user education and product understanding. Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging experiences that boost conversion and quiz / email completion rates. Apply strong information hierarchy and UX principles to guide users seamlessly across touchpoints. Assist in the application, implementation, and evolution of brand guidelines across all digital platforms. Collaborate across departments and brands to maintain product cohesiveness and consistent branding. Rapidly iterate on designs based on testing, feedback, and performance data. Create responsive, mobile-first designs aligned with business goals and user needs. What We’re Looking For : 3–5+ years of experience in UX / UI Design, preferably in a DTC eCommerce or wellness / health-tech environment. Proven success improving conversion and engagement through design. Expertise in Figma (or similar), UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. Strong understanding of information architecture and user journey mapping. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
