Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with a strong background in the Video/Broadband domain to join a dynamic team. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role requiring technical expertise and leadership to drive complex initiatives across globally distributed teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Program Manager, with at least 2 years in a hands-on technical/engineering role
- Proven experience in managing programs in the Embedded systems domain, preferably in Video/Broadband. technologies.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to navigate and guide engineering discussions.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, MS Project, JIRA (including dashboards), Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and collaborate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and managing competing priorities to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the scope of technical programs as defined by product and business requirements.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and scrum meetings; manage defects and user stories.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to drive execution and feature delivery.
- Align roadmaps and release plans with global business and product strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across the U.S., Europe, and India.
- Ensure quality, security, and content protection standards are upheld.
- Communicate program updates, risks, and progress to senior leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
