Overview
Our client is hiring on a
Marketing Strategist
to join their Marketing team. This role will support district departments, networks, and schools in developing integrated marketing strategies to drive educational outcomes, family engagement, program participation, and enrollment. You will work closely with senior staff and clients to plan and execute marketing campaigns and projects.
This person will need to be located in Illinois. Although remote there will be onsite client meetings and will require this person to provide their own transportation.
Marketing Strategist Responsibilities:
Lead marketing planning sessions and support budget development.
Organize and respond to ad-hoc marketing project requests.
Conduct research to develop marketing plans and campaign strategies.
Request estimates from media, print, and vendor partners, negotiating rates as needed.
Create detailed project briefs that outline goals, KPIs, target audience, assets, and timelines.
Ensure client approval and manage project initiation for execution teams.
Review post-project performance to assess results and identify improvements. Marketing Strategist Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a creative agency, in-house department, or large organization.
Extensive experience in developing omni-channel marketing plans, including brand, digital, print, media, social, and events.
Proven track record managing large marketing budgets and tracking project outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Please apply today!
