Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer in Irving, TX. Summary: As a Senior UX Designer, you will help shape smarter, faster, and more intuitive enterprise experiences. You will work alongside product managers, engineers and fellow designers to bring clarity to complexity and craft solutions that scale. This is a role for someone who's hands-on, systems-minded and obsessed with turning friction into flow. Key Responsibilities:

• Design thoughtful, scalable UX that makes daily workflows easier and more efficient
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to balance user needs and business goals
• Use Figma to create flows, wireframes and prototypes that bring ideas to life
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for cohesion across platforms
• Bake accessibility into every step of the process
• Work with UX research to apply real insights to real problems
• Facilitate workshops and critique sessions that align teams and spark better ideas
• Communicate design decisions clearly and advocate for the user when it counts
• Explore what's next from personalization to AI and prototype with purpose
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end
• A portfolio that shows your process, not just the polish
• Mastery of Figma and comfort working with design systems
• Strong communication skills and an ability to align diverse teams
• Experience designing with accessibility in mind
• Familiarity with agile product workflows
• A collaborative mindset and a drive to improve how teams work
• Able to listen first, speak thoughtfully and collaborate with care
• Able to explain design decisions in plain language that earns trust across disciplines
• A strong individual contributor who also knows how to lead through influence
• Able to manage your time well, meet deadlines, and keep momentum going
• Able to show up with humility, clarity and confidence even when things get messy
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
