Role: Senior Creative Developer, AI We seek an exceptional Creative Developer to lead the integration of advanced 3D design, real-time rendering, and generative AI into immersive digital experiences. This role combines technical expertise with artistic vision to advance our creative projects. Responsibilities: Asset Creation & Optimization:
Optimize 3D assets for quality and performance, pioneer generative AI integrations using diffusion models, transformers, or LLMs. Rigging & Animation:
Develop workflows for rigging and animation, integrating AI into pipelines. Real-Time Integration:
Implement assets into engines like Unity, Unreal, Three.js; prototype with WebGPU/WGSL. Tooling & Workflow Development:
Build tools using Python, C++, C#, TypeScript; experiment with creative coding frameworks. Collaboration:
Work with design, engineering, research teams to refine concepts and produce high-quality 3D content. Qualifications: Proficiency in Blender, Maya, Houdini, Substance Suite. Experience with procedural generation and AI automation. Skills in scripting rigging/animation workflows (Python, C++, C#, TypeScript). Knowledge of shaders (GLSL, HLSL, Shader Graph) and WebGPU/WGSL. Experience with ML models in AR/VR or spatial computing. Portfolio demonstrating AI-enhanced shaders and interactive 3D experiences.
