Position Overview

This position requires 3 days per week in our Las Vegas office. Please only apply if you live in or plan on relocating to Las Vegas, NV.

Textbroker is seeking a Marketing Account Manager who is passionate about building relationships and delivering high-quality services to our clients. As the face of the company, you will coordinate with your clients to ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met. You will demonstrate exceptional adaptability, tailoring your approach to effectively communicate and deliver solutions that resonate with each unique client. We are looking for a candidate with great problem-solving skills who can own the client relationship.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct monthly calls with clients to review budgets, KPIs, and results.
2. Manage client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and responding to requests.
3. Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and actions.
4. Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met, and communicate any changes for approval.
5. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts.
6. Address and de-escalate issues, using client empathy to develop beneficial solutions.
7. Monitor and analyze service performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize engagement and effectiveness.
8. Stay current with AI and content marketing trends, exploring new applications for AI in client projects.

Experience & Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (College education preferred).
• Minimum 1-year experience in an account management or similar customer service role is required.

• Experience or familiarity with digital marketing is a plus.
• Experience working with SEO is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persuasive, able to sell ideas and respond positively to feedback.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to various clients.
• Ability to manage multiple demands from clients and the agency.
