Our business is growing, and we’re hiring a graphic/multimedia designer to collaborate closely with our creative manager to bring ideas to life across digital, social and print platforms. But we know it’s not just about us; it’s about you!
For this role, you’ve got to be confident, creative and experienced but still hungry to learn! Someone who loves to support design work on major consumer brands and other clients across a variety of industries.
You need to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and capable of seeing the bigger picture. Passion, curiosity, and the ability to think both strategically and creatively are a must.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the creative manager in developing concepts and designs for a variety of assets, including print, digital and video.
- Assist in coordinating creative projects, from inception through final delivery, helping ensure timelines and quality expectations are met.
- Collaborate with social media teams to design platform-optimized graphics and animations.
- Work with the creative manager to facilitate print vendor coordinating, estimates, coordination of material deliveries, etc.
- Assist the creative manager in developing proposals and products to capture account growth and new business opportunities.
- Translate brand strategies into strong visual executions under the direction of the creative manager.
- Ensure all content follows client standards, is on-brand and consistent in style and quality, and is optimized for user experience on all digital platforms.
- Deliver final files to account teams, clients and vendors that meet all required specifications.
- Work closely with the account team to ensure projects are within budget, scope and timelines.
- Help manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships across the agency, and working with senior leadership, clients and vendors.
- Maintain organized files, version control, and adhere to internal naming conventions.
- Contribute to the strategic brainstorming process, campaign development, creative brief discussions to support the creative manager and the broader team’s efforts.
- Ability to think creatively against challenging deadlines while maintaining a sharp attention to detail.
- Embrace a teaching and learning mindset.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the creative manager.
- Maintain knowledge of changing design technologies, processes and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in art with emphasis in graphic design, multimedia design, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field. Agency experience preferred.
- Strong skills in the following Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Acrobat, and InDesign, as well as Figma.
- Expert knowledge in creating presentations and templates in PowerPoint and Canva.
- Ability to design branded motion graphics, animations, intros/outros and transitions.
- Ability to convert raw footage into polished videos, including the cleaning of audio files and voiceovers.
- Familiarity with social media best practices and platform-specific requirements.
- Experience working in project management software (Asana, Basecamp, etc.).
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques.
- Strong evidence of creativity, innovation and vision when developing client materials.
- Effective, clear and concise presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in interacting with vendors, internal staff and clients.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of print, video and motion graphics creation.
