Job Description Summary Manages the daily operations of an assigned property, including team management, activities, and resources to meet financial and operational goals, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Develops and manages property budgets, analyzing financial statements and market data.
Achieves revenue targets through rent setting, collection, and financial reporting.
Approves vendor invoices, manages expenditures, and oversees petty cash.
Enforces lease agreements, conducts inspections, and manages resident relations.
Implements marketing and leasing strategies based on market trends.
Promotes resident satisfaction and oversees maintenance standards.
Supervises property staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Maintains client/owner relationships through regular updates and meetings.
Additional Compensation & Benefits Factors such as experience and location influence pay. Potential bonuses are available based on performance. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, onsite housing discounts, sabbaticals, 401(k) matching, parental leave, and more.
