Role Overview The UI / UX Designer will be responsible for making deliberate design decisions and translating user-experience journeys into smooth and intuitive interactions. This position performs all duties in accordance with Cayuse's Mission, Vision, and Core Values. Responsibilities Understand UI design patterns, responsive web design, and accessibility standards. Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. Create intuitive, beautiful, and functional user interfaces supporting customer applications. Collaborate with developers, consultants, customers, and other designers in an Agile environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 4 years' experience in Web / UI design or development. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc. Proficiency with tools like Photoshop, Sketch, InVision, UXPin, Quartz. Ability to develop responsive and accessible web pages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Active Secret Security Clearance required. Must pass background checks.
