Role: Graphic Design

Location: Getzville, NY (onsite)

Positions: 2 Headcounts (1st Shift 7am to 3:30 pm, unpaid lunch; one role Monday - Friday, one Tuesday - Saturday)

Must have strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Illustrator, Adobe, and Photoshop.

Not looking for UX/UI designers. Preference for candidates with more graphic design experience rather than marketing or social media.

College students are acceptable if they can adhere to the work schedule/hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce various marketing materials (pitch books, deal books, covers, templates, infographics) using MS Office and Adobe applications at an advanced level.
• Assist in creating creative PowerPoint pitch books and provide conceptual and visual solutions, including motion graphics.
• Trace and produce logos, maps, and illustrations.
• Ensure all materials are correctly branded according to Client standards and advise clients on brand usage.
• Coordinate with workflow staff and clients to determine deadlines, instructions, and design requirements.
• Complete administrative tasks for accurate billing and job tracking.
• Assist with intake coordination when needed.
• Maintain quality control of own work and assist colleagues with QC tasks.
• Mentor new starters post-training.
• Contribute to best production practices through internal initiatives.
