We're looking for a UX/UI designer work with our client on a contract role for 4–6 weeks, with an estimated commitment of 30–40 hours per week. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship intuitive, scalable, and on-brand user experiences.

We’re looking for someone who’s as confident with layout and design systems as they are with tools like Figma, Tailwind CSS, and Builder.io.

What You’ll Do:

Design Execution

• Translate product goals and user needs into clean, modern, high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Create responsive design systems and reusable components
• Collaborate with developers for fast, efficient visual implementation
• Own UX flows and UI details from start to finish—concept through delivery
• Maintain consistency across screens while pushing for pixel-perfect execution
• Work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and content creators
• Participate in weekly design reviews and incorporate feedback in real time
• Deliver assets and specifications with clear documentation for handoff
• Help evolve and document our design system as it scales

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally for web-based products
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto layout, and design systems
• A strong design portfolio that showcases your process and polished UI work
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and hit deadlines in a contract setting

Nice to Have:

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and Tailwind CSS
• Hands-on experience using Builder.io or a similar visual development platform
• Experience working with product-led SaaS companies or agile startup teams
• Comfort presenting and justifying design decisions to both designers and non-designers
• Familiarity with front-end development basics or Git workflows
