Graphic Designer
to support their in-house creative function as they prepare to launch a new proprietary platform for business builders, coaches, and affiliates. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for executing brand-aligned creative across digital, print, presentation, and UX/UI projects.

Hybrid, Milwaukee WI Duration
6-month contract, 15–20 hours/week with potential for extension or conversion to full-time Compensation:
$28-32/hour (commensurate with experience) as a W2 employee of C2 Benefits:

Job Description: This organization is flipping the lights on and jumping into a new market with bold energy, and they need a mid-level designer who brings curiosity, a proactive mindset, and the ability to keep momentum moving. This is an opportunity to work closely with a small, mission-driven team to evolve the brand and build polished, scalable assets and systems from the ground up.
You’ll partner with the Brand Creative Strategist to support brand identity refinement, asset development, and marketing content execution. Ideal candidates are organized, strategic, and confident executing creative that bridges the gap between business and design. The team values input, cross-functional collaboration, and outside perspective—and they’re looking for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in that kind of environment.
Responsibilities: Design marketing and brand assets for web, social, presentations, and print Build and refine PowerPoint templates, social media templates, and internal visual systems Support the development and maintenance of an organized digital asset library Collaborate on brand campaigns, logo lockups, content series, and product visuals Contribute to occasional UX/UI and platform design projects (bonus) Support motion graphics or animation work, if applicable (bonus)
Qualifications: 2–4 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, on-brand work across digital and print Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma a plus Experience building and working from brand templates and design systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to take direction and meet deadlines independently Bonus: Motion graphics (After Effects) or UI design experience
