The team in Search UX researches, designs, builds, and improves user experiences across Search to earn user trust and improve user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Gather updates from team members, maintain project timelines, roadmaps, and documentation to ensure projects stay on track.
Identify dependencies between managed programs and evaluate prioritization strategies with clear rationale.
Support the UX lead by delivering organized documentation of scope, project plans, and reviews/feedback for multiple stakeholders.
Manage communications within project teams and with functional and regional leaders, including requesting assets, feedback, organizing actions, and securing approvals.
Provide regular updates to the UX Program Manager Lead, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions. Effective context-switching and reporting are vital for success.
Experience:
8+ years of Program Management experience in UX Design / Product Operations.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, creating order and solutions.
Proactive, self-starter capable of independent work.
Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Skills:
Project management:
Oversee daily operations of a high-performing UX team, including task and milestone tracking, resourcing, prioritization, and escalation management.
Process improvement:
Collaborate with UX and Program Management leads to identify obstacles, design solutions, and implement process enhancements to boost team performance.
Cross-team cohesion:
Coordinate and communicate effectively across teams to ensure shared goals, alignment, and improved product quality.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
