Salary Structure:

Base + Industry Best Commission

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, high performing, and experienced Home Health Marketer to join our fast-growing team. The Home Health Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our home health services to potential clients and referral sources

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home health services
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and referral sources
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care is provided to clients
• Participate in community events and activities to promote home health services
• Track and report on marketing activities and outcomes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Home Health Marketer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of home health regulations and reimbursement
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field
