The Assistant Visual Manager supports the selling, service, and operations of the store with an emphasis on merchandising and display to create an inspiring and dynamic visual environment based on fitness, wellness, and happiness.

Role Responsibilities

Brand Experience

• Acts as a brand ambassador, reflecting company values and partnering with leadership to create engaging visual experiences that appeal to FP Movement customers.
• Involves the team in selling and visual initiatives, encouraging personalized service and product recommendations aligned with wellness and fitness interests.
• Approaches customer experience with innovation through marketing, merchandising, and display to craft a compelling store environment.
• Supports the Store Manager in developing local event programming to increase engagement, including fitness and wellness partnerships.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping and event experience using MPOS, POS, and FP App.

Leadership + Team Management

• Trains staff on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards; guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling to meet store metrics and goals.
• Participates as the manager-on-duty, fostering engagement and collaboration, and demonstrating strong decision-making skills.
• Supports recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new talent to strengthen team connection with the brand.

Visual + Business Operations

• Maintains daily operating standards, including sales forecasting, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Uses company tools to analyze business opportunities and collaborates with partners on shipment processing, restocking, and visual standards.
• Ensures safety, inventory accuracy, and adherence to policies to support profitability.

Communication + Relationships

• Leads inclusively, encouraging open dialogue and support among team members.
• Ensures effective communication of company information, events, trends, and visual priorities.
• Provides insights on customer experience and feedback to the Store Manager.
• Fosters a culture of development through goal setting and feedback.

Role Qualifications

• 1+ years of store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range

USD $24.00 - USD $26.00 / Hr.
