Your Mission
We are hiring our Founding Product Marketer to shape how the world sees Endgame. You will work with the CEO to define and execute messaging and content that drive awareness, trust, and adoption. Working directly with our leadership team, you will develop positioning strategy, craft compelling narratives, create standout content, lead product launches, and establish a voice that cuts through the noise.

Your Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and COO to define the Endgame narrative and translate it into powerful messaging across channels.
- Own and evolve our messaging architecture, ensuring it’s grounded in customer insight, competitive differentiation, and market trends.
- Lead the creation of blog posts, newsletters, product updates, and customer stories to build a strategic content engine.
- Interview top sales leaders and translate insights into content that builds our brand and grows our audience.
- Drive our LinkedIn strategy for organic growth and thought leadership, establishing our executives as go-to voices.
- Partner with sales to develop and test messaging, using real-world feedback to refine our positioning and narratives.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Has created messaging frameworks that align teams and evolved them as the market and product changed.
- Thrives in ambiguity, building from scratch, wearing multiple hats, and defining what “good” looks like, partnering with founders.
- Understands sales teams, can speak their language, and translate technical features into real-world value.
- Is collaborative, quick-moving, clear in communication, and works well with cross-functional partners.
- Bonus: Experience at an early-stage AI or ML company growing an audience or community around its brand.
