Job Description

Entity: Oracle America, Inc.

Job Duties: Responsible for creating, evaluating and modifying prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development. As a member of the User Experience team, analyze user needs and apply software design/usability processes toward developing or modifying software solutions. Provide product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems. May assist in developing design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations. May produce specifications describing user needs and internal structures for product in development. May telecommute. (385.25843)

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Position requires:

• Designing tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe;
• Creating wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and high-fidelity prototypes;
• Human-Computer Interaction;
• Development tools including APIs, IDEs, and Git;
• Integrated product development by understanding industry landscape; and
• Conducting user studies, analyzing, present, and create actionable changes to the UI to better the user experience.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: Edit pay range to: $102,149 - $199,999 per year. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

• Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
