We are looking for a brand-driven, data minded, roll-up-your sleeves marketer to help us take this to the next level. This isn't a typical marketing role. We're looking for someone who: >Leads with story but validates with analytics >Moves fast, owns big ideas and executes with small team efficiency. >Thrives in a founder-led, startup paced environment..even though the Brand is $50M plus. >Understands the modern consumer like second nature >Brings that cool factor that can't be faked-but totally sells. Its a Bonus: . if you are in beauty and know Sephora but thats not critical .if you have a top tier education from a top business school. .if you have a proven track record for building brand and revenue, hand in hand. In this role, you will shape the narrative, lead the brand and growth strategy and collaborate directly with a product driven Founder and a financially driven President. If you have ever dreamed of helping turn a break out brand into a cultural force- and earning a meaningful equity stake while doing it-this might be your moment. YOU WILL: Build the Brand Tell the Story Get Your Hands Dirty Use the Data Lead Cross Functionally YOU ARE: A strategic thinker and can turn a story into conversions A hands on executor who thrives in low-ego environments Someone who is HUNGRY Fluent in brand, performance analytics and scaling strategies A copywriter at heart, a strategist by training and a data nerd by necessity.
