Established audio video (A/V), reseller/integration firm is seeking A/V solutions and support staff to accommodate growth. Headquartered in Texas, Visionality is a leading supplier of audio/visual and video communications systems in the Southwest. The rapid growth of installed A/V systems drives exponential growth in the company, leading us to expand our post-sales technical staff with dedicated personnel. Position Description:

The A/V Lead Installer provides installation and integration services for pre-designed audio-visual solutions, as well as support for established A/V systems, with approximately 90% travel in-state and adjoining states. This is a full-time position based at Visionality's Dallas, TX office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the installation of medium to large scale A/V solutions.
• Leading multi-room, single-campus A/V installations.
• Following designs to realize end-products from provided design packages, scope of work, and customer drawings independently.
• Managing standards adherence, quality, and safety of jobs.
• Managing job inventory, equipment, project consumables, and personnel hours.
• Installing control/integrated switching vendors such as Crestron, Kramer, AMX, and Extron.
• Installing major audio systems vendors like Shure, Biamp, QSC, and others.
• Installing display, video wall, and projection systems from vendors like Panasonic, NEC, Samsung, Epson, Planar, and others.
• Installing furniture and metal providers such as Chief, Middle Atlantic, Spectrum, etc.
• Experience with AV over IP, HDBaseT, Dante, AVB, and other transports.
• Installing conferencing systems, council chambers, and campus-wide systems.
• Handling wired and wireless microphone installations and components.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years as an A/V Installer with strong communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks at various levels.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Infocomm certification (CTS minimum, CTS-I preferred).
• Crestron, Biamp, Shure, Dante, QSC certifications preferred.
• Experience with CAD interpretation, AV connectors, and network configuration.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 90% of the time, mostly in-state.

Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and certifications.
